Collection
If you are in the West Wilts area and you wish to collect your order please email us
to arrange.

Postage
Your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Second Class once the payment
has cleared.

Prices for UK postage as follows:
Orders from £0.01 – £49.99 = £2.00
Orders from £50.00 – £99.99 = £3.00
Orders over £100.00 = £4.50

International
For overseas postage please email us, for details.

For urgent orders please email us, we shall always try to meet your deadline.

Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund any item in a saleable condition returned to us, within 14 days. Please email us listing your order number, name and reason for return.
The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. Postage of the original order will not be refunded.
NOTE: earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Repairs
Occasionally jewellery may need to be repaired due to wear and tear.
We are happy to repair jewellery free of charge if the breakage is due to our workmanship.
